  • I am new to yoga. What classes should I take?
New students are welcome to take any of our classes. If you are interested in a slow class to acclimate yourself to the postures and pose names, we encourage you to take a slow flow class. However, we have many new students in all of our classes. Even the most advanced students go at their own pace and do as much as they can. You are always welcome to go into childs pose, take a break, and drink water whenever you need to.

  • Is there a parking lot available?
No we do not have a parking lot but there is ample street parking in the area. We recommend that you search for a spot near Thayer st, closer to Hope St than Brown University. There is typically more parking on the side streets in that area and they have no time limits or meters. We recommend allowing ten min extra for parking.

  • Am I able to take all of the classes offered with a Groupon/Living Social/Rhode Deal, etc?
