Christine’s journey into yoga started in 2004 when she sought peace of mind after some rough patches. It only took one class to get her hooked. After on and off practice for seven years, she committed to a constant practice in 2011 when she started teaching. Since then, she has created classes that challenge the body and mind through creative sequencing, and unorthodox transitions. She encourages her students to open themselves to the possibilities of doing what seems impossible, and never to take anything too seriously, including yoga!
