Lauren is a certified RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga since college and has recently found her calling in teaching vinyasa power flow classes. Lauren's foundation is built off Baptiste, Forrest, and Iyengar methodology- all of which she includes in her power classes.
